When submitting an order with us, we do not accept payment until we process the order. Your order will be placed on hold until we make sure payment information is correct and to make sure we have the product on hand. Your bank/credit card company holds your money until we process the order. Once everything is good and product is ready for shipping, then we process the order. This process may take a couple of days depending on how busy the store is.
Customer cancellations after the order has been shipped may result in a 15% restocking fee upon return and lost of shipping fee.
